When we rejoice in the Lord we are worshipping Him for who He is. The more we worship Him for who He is, the more we absorb His character because we become like who we worship. Therefore, through this transformation of our mind we have the ability to let others know the Lord’s gentle spirit that has permeated our hearts, minds and spirit. The Lord is always near to those who worship Him!

Lord, I don’t know what the future holds. It can be scary when I think only about the unknown. But you know. I rest in your faithfulness. I know that you will navigate and be with me each step of the way. My hope is in you. I rejoice in your faithfulness!

6 何も思い煩わないで、あらゆるばあいに、感謝をもってささげる祈りと願いによって、あなたがたの願い事を神に知っていただきなさい。7 そうすれば、人のすべての考えにまさる神の平安が、あなたがたの心と思いをキリスト・イエスにあって守ってくれます。
Stress and anxiety are a natural part of life. However, when we pray with thanksgiving and trust we are releasing that built up of anxiety. We may start to feel the stress. But looking to the Lord in trust and rejoicing for who He is pushes the anxiety away, exchanging it for a peace that can’t be explained. The indescribable peace of God that fills our hearts and minds protects us. It is when we lose our trust and rejoicing that we lose that protective seal of His peace. David said it very vividly in Psalm 32:7 “You are my hiding place; you shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance”. NKJV)

Lord, I have nothing in following your will. I am content to obey you because I know I can always trust you. You are my hiding place and my security. I rejoice in who you are!
主よ、あなたの御心に従うことがすべてです。あなたにいつもゆだねているので、安心してあなたに従います。あなたは私の隠れ場、安心のすべてです。あなた故にあなたにあって喜びます！

And the God of peace will be with you. NIV
8 最後に、兄弟たち。すべての真実なこと、すべての誉れあること、すべての正しいこと、すべての清いこと、すべての愛すべきこと、すべての評判の良いこと、そのほか徳と言われること、称賛に値することがあるならば、そのようなことに心を留めなさい。9 あなたがたが私から学び、受け、聞き、また見たことを実行しなさい。そうすれば、平和の神があなたがたとともにいてくださいます。
Rejoicing in who the Lord is increases our trust in God and produces more Christ-likeness in us. That, in turn, increases our faith and trust. That results in a godly peace that rules our heart and emotions. Thus, another logical step in spiritual discipline is to have our minds transformed by thinking and meditating (filling our minds) on God’s truth and what is honorable, loving, gracious, and positive. There always are times when we are tempted to think about the negative and unknown, which lead to stress. But being tempted doesn’t mean doing it! 2 Corinthians reminds us “to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.” Paul had learned these secrets to spiritual health and wanted others to experience the truth of a rejoicing trust in the Lord.

Lord, I do want to fill my mind with your truth and your goodness. You are my anchor and my refuge. I trust you completely. By your grace, enable me to have the spiritual discipline to bring every thought into captivity so my thoughts will honor you.

Rejoicing in the Lord keeps us from conforming to the world’s pattern. Rejoicing and trust have the transforming power to keep us from the superficial concerns of non-believers. Learn to take the difficulties of life and relationships as challenges toward holiness. Holiness is letting God’s character shine through us. Recognize that all you are and do has been totally committed to Him. That means giving Him all your worries, your future, the things that stress you….EVERYTHING! As you grow closer to the Lord you will learn that you can trust His heart even when you don’t understand what His hand is doing or where He is leading you.
主にあって喜ぶことは、この世と調子を合わせないように、私達を守ってくれます。喜びと信頼は、私達を無信仰な人のつまらない関心ごとから遠ざけ、新しい者に変える力を持っています。人生または人間関係の困難を、聖くなるために試練として受けとめてください。聖らかさは私達を通して、神のご性格の素晴らしさを輝かせます。あなたの人となりと行いを受けとめることが、完全に主に身をゆだねることです。その意味は、あなたの心配、未来、ストレスの原因．．．すべてを神にささげることです！主に近づこうと成長する時、御手の働きも、どこに導かれるかもわからないまま、主の心を信頼することを学びます。
Lord, I trust you even when I don’t understand, because I know that you do! You are my high tower, the one who gives me perspective and wisdom to act according to your design. Keep working in me to transform my mind so I can have your attitude as my foundation.

With Jesus' help, let us continually offer our sacrifice of praise to God by proclaiming the glory of his name. NLT
ですから、私たちはキリストを通して、賛美のいけにえ、すなわち御名をたたえるくちびるの果実を、神に絶えずささげようではありませんか。
Does everything have to be good for you to rejoice or to give thanks to God? What if life just isn’t easy right now? What if you’re lonely? What if you feel betrayed or angry or the future seems uncertain? There are times when rejoicing or giving thanks is a sacrifice! A sacrifice of praise or thanksgiving is dedicating your attitude, situation, EVERY thing to the Lord. Is it easy? No! But sacrifice is giving up something to the One you are honoring. It is an act of total trust and faith. All you have to do is make the decision to give praise and thanks and then ask for the Lord’s enabling grace to do it. You will be stronger and healthier as you choose to do so.
すべて物事が順調に進まなければ、神にあって喜び感謝をささげることはできませんか？現在の生活が苦しかったらどうでしょうか？あなたがひとりぼっちだったら？誰かに裏切られたり、怒りを感じていたり、将来に不安を抱えていたらどうでしょうか？そういう時こそ、喜びと感謝のいけにえをささげる時です！賛美と感謝のいけにえは、自分の態度、境遇、あらゆるものをすべて主にささげることです。簡単なことですか？いいえ！しかし自分を犠牲にするとは、自分がたたえる方のために何かを献上することです。それは完全な信頼と信仰の行為です。あなたがするべきことは、賛美と感謝をささげる決意をして、主の恵みによってその決意が実行できるように祈ることです。その選択によってあなたは強められ健全になるでしょう。
Lord, it is hard to give praise and thanksgiving when I am struggling emotionally. But I am determined to give you that sacrifice because I trust you. You know the past, the present, and the future of every thing that concerns me. You are faithful, loving, and always gracious. Lord, I trust you!

I rejoice greatly in the Lord that at last you have renewed your concern for me. Indeed, you have been concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. NIV
私のことを心配してくれるあなたがたの心が、今ついによみがえって来たことを、私は主にあって非常に喜んでいます。あなたがたは心にかけてはいたのですが、機会がなかったのです。
The church at Philippi had sent a financial gift to Paul through Epaphroditus. Here, Paul was encouraging them for their attitude and generosity. Giving benefits the giver! Why do we cling to money or other things while forgetting the value of giving? Paul had not asked for anything. But the church took the initiative and seized the opportunity to give. Do you look for opportunities to give? When was the last time you asked the Lord what and who He would like you to give to? Whether it is giving of your time, money, food, or things, look for the opportunity to give and always remember this … you can’t out-give God!

Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. 11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit," says the LORD Almighty. NIV
10 十分の一をことごとく、宝物倉に携えて来て、わたしの家の食物とせよ。こうしてわたしをためしてみよ。・・万軍の主は仰せられる。・・わたしがあなたがたのために、天の窓を開き、あふれるばかりの祝福をあなたがたに注ぐかどうかをためしてみよ。11 わたしはあなたがたのために、いなごをしかって、あなたがたの土地の産物を滅ぼさないようにし、畑のぶどうの木が不作とならないようにする。・・万軍の主は仰せられる。・・
To tithe is to give the first tenth of your income to God’s storehouse (the church). Why? It honors God by putting Him first. Remember always that you can’t out-give God! The one place God says to test Him is in the matter of tithing. He makes your 90% go further than your 100%! It doesn’t matter if you have a large or small income. Trust God with your tithe and see how He multiplies your 90%! Sometimes we call it “God’s funny money” because we can’t figure out where it comes from or how we actually have what we need. We just know experientially that God blesses those who tithe!

Lord, it is a privilege to honor you with my tithe. It’s the very least I can do to tangibly express my gratitude for who you are and all that you have done for me.

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7 Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. NIV
6 私はこう考えます。少しだけ蒔く者は、少しだけ刈り取り、豊かに蒔く者は、豊かに刈り取ります。7 ひとりひとり、いやいやながらでなく、強いられてでもなく、心で決めたとおりにしなさい。神は喜んで与える人を愛してくださいます。
Once I heard a pastor joke that “God loves a cheerful giver, but He will take from a grump!” But that isn’t the point here. The point in giving is not to be grumpy! Not to be even reluctant! Just as rejoicing and thanksgiving are expressions of faith and trust, so is giving. A grumpy giver has missed the point! Giving to God is a privilege! God’s character is open-handed generosity. He has given His best in love for us. Shouldn’t we joyfully give Him our best with the same attitude? If we grudgingly give, we are focusing our giving on our self instead of giving as an act of faith, trust, and grateful love. Your motivation and attitude in giving to God is as important as the gift itself. Is your giving all about you or all about God?

Thank you, Lord for your loving generosity! Zephaniah 3:17 reminds me that you quiet me with your love and rejoice over me with singing. That is awesome! I want to express my love and gratitude through joyously and generously giving back my tithes and offerings to you!

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength. NIV
11 乏しいからこう言うのではありません。私は、どんな境遇にあっても満ち足りることを学びました。12 私は、貧しさの中にいる道も知っており、豊かさの中にいる道も知っています。また、飽くことにも飢えることにも、富むことにも乏しいことにも、あらゆる境遇に対処する秘訣を心得ています。13 私は、私を強くしてくださる方によって、どんなことでもできるのです。
Contentment! That’s an awesome attitude! Notice that Paul was glad to receive the financial gift, not because it benefitted him personally. Rather, it was because he knew God would bless their generosity. He knew that “it is more blessed to give than to receive.” Paul’s secret for contentment wasn’t based on whether or not he received money or whether or not life was easy. Paul’s contentment was in Jesus because he rejoiced in Him. Paul knew that the Lord was his source of strength. The benefit of a Christ-like attitude and lifestyle is contentment! There is nothing you can’t do, because it is Christ who strengthens and enables you to do His will. You can rest in His unchanging grace!
満ち足りること！何と立派な態度でしょう！パウロが金銭的援助を受けて喜んだのは、自分が個人的に利益を得たからではないことに注目してください。それよりも神が彼らの気前の良さを、祝福してくださることがわかっていたからでした。パウロは「受けることよりも与えることが祝福される。」ことを知っていました。パウロの満ち足りる秘訣は、お金を受け取っても受け取らなくても、また生活が楽でも苦しくても、そういうことに根ざしたものではありませんでした。パウロはイエス様を喜びとしたので、主にあって満ち足りていました。パウロは主こそ力の源であることを知っていました。キリストのように生きる心構えとライフスタイルのおかげで、満ち足りることができます！あなたにできないことはありません、なぜならキリストがご自身の意志にかなうように、あなたを強めて力を与えてくださるからです。主の不変の恵みに安心して身を任せることができます！
Lord, I do rest in your unchanging grace. My prayer is that you make me more like you!
主よ、あなたの変わらぬ恵みに身を寄せます。あなたによって、あなたのようになれることを祈ります！

Philippians ピリピ4:14-18
14 Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles. 15 Moreover, as you Philippians know, in the early days of your acquaintance with the gospel, when I set out from Macedonia, not one church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only; 16 for even when I was in Thessalonica, you sent me aid again and again when I was in need. 17 Not that I am looking for a gift, but I am looking for what may be credited to your account. 18 I have received full payment and even more; I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. NIV

Even though Paul had learned to be content regardless of what he could see, because Christ strengthened him he was grateful for the love offering. A love offering is one given to express gratitude, appreciation, and love. There is something very special about a gift of love. About 27 years ago our daughter who was seven years old at the time asked her Daddy to take her to the store to buy me a gift. She used her own money to buy a little red votive candle holder and a little silver box for jewelry. Both were inexpensive. But I still have them because of her expression of love. I see them every day and am reminded of her sacrificial giving. Paul was saying much the same thing. The love expressed in the gift and effort it took to get the gift to him was precious. Giving should be a tangible expression of love. It is not an obligation, but an expression of appreciation. Your tithe and offering should be given with the same attitude. Any gift with true value is given with an attitude of love.

Thank you, Lord that you don’t give grudgingly. You gave yourself to us out of love. Your attitude of giving is the pattern I want to follow. I am so grateful to you for all that you are and all that you do for me!

Paul’s final encouragement before his farewell blessing was the truth of God’s provision. In the Old Testament, as a person gained understanding of who God is, they gave names to describe His character. One was Jehovah-Jirah. The first time this was used was in Genesis 22:1-18, a chapter several “firsts.” The first time the word “love” was used was when God told Abraham to take the son that he loved and offer him as a sacrifice. The first time the word “worship” was used was when Abraham told the young men who traveled with Isaac and him that the purpose for the journey was to worship. God provided the ram when Abraham put his faith into sacrificial action. He responded with the name of Jehovah-Jirah. Where God directs you, He will provide! Remember that the church at Philippi got started because Paul obeyed God’s call to go to Macedonia. Obeying God, Paul ended up beaten and imprison. Yet Paul trusted God, praised Him, and worshipped Him. During this time of sacrificial obedience, God provided the seed for this church that would become so dear to Paul’s heart. What a powerful lesson in the truth that God will provide! Even when everything seems dark and scary, we can still choose to obey with rejoicing and trust, leaving the results in God’s hands.

Jesus, you know of obedience in times of darkness. You sweat drops of blood as you surrendered to the obedience of the cross. Even when everything looked impossibly dark, it was through your gift of obedience that I am set free. I rejoice in your resurrection. But am also grateful for your great act of obedience in your suffering and dying for me. What more can I do but follow your example? I love you and am grateful for who you are and all that you do!

The theme of Colossians is that Jesus is first and foremost. We have the sufficiency we need in Christ. This little book is totally Christ centered, teaching us to value Him and expressing how wonderfully complete our salvation is because of who Jesus is and what He has done. Recognizing this truth is what makes our life as Christians vital teaching us how to prioritize our life in a way that honors Him. Paul wrote this epistle, he had not yet been to Colossae when he wrote it.

There is a depth to grace and peace that both empowers and comforts us when we look at all the shades in the meaning of the original Greek words, “Grace to you” The word for grace is “charin” meaning that favor from God that is powerful, active, and filled with benefits. Grace is visible in the life of a believer. You would think something as awesome and wonderful as grace would be like the North Star on a clear night, standing alone and strong. But God chose to express this wondrous thing called grace through our weaknesses! In 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 we read, “… he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” NIV The Greek word for peace is “eirene” and tells us of the quietness and rest we are have because we are one with Christ. Isaiah described a life full of God’s grace and peace in Isaiah 32:3 “Each man will be like a shelter from the wind and a refuge from the storm, like streams of water in the desert and the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land. NIV Is your desire to be like a stream in the desert through God’s abundant grace and peace?

Thank you, Lord for you grace and peace! I want my life to be wholly dedicated to you and to live in a way that honors you. Thank you that I can rest in your unchanging grace to sustain me and your peace to hold me secure in your arms!

It is kind and considerate to thank a person. Giving thanks to God recognizes His grace and peace in operation in a person’s life to make strong spiritual connections. God is the bond that exists with Christians. His love, grace, and peace connect our hearts in unity. Christians also have hope. That’s not wishful thinking, but a quiet, confident expectation that comes from knowing the living God. We don’t have an empty religion that is practiced through vain repetitions. We have a living, vital relationship with the living, interactive God! We can know a bit of heaven on earth through our relationship with the Lord and have the confident knowledge that one day we will be with Him in heaven. I have seen this confident expectation of heaven in my parents. Before my dad passed away, he reminded me of a kid with his face peering in a candy shop window, just waiting to get in! Mom’s last conscience action before passing into heaven was laughter! They were living examples to me of the expectancy of heaven.

Thank you, Jesus for those people who have encouraged me in my faith. But most of all thank you for your life that brought the power of God’s love to me in a real and personal way. I am forever grateful for who you are and what you have done for me!

The good news of Jesus around the world is the He is uniting hearts as we together grow in the reality and grace of God’s truth. My husband and I have worshipped with believers in Africa, Europe, Asia and America. We have worshipped with believers from all around the world here in Japan because ours is an international church. We have discovered that even though our languages and our cultures are different, we are as one because of the Lord. The pastor of the church in Colossae was Epaphras who loving cared for them. Paul came to know of this church through his expression to Paul of his love and appreciation for them. One of the great joys of pastoring is sharing your heart with others for the people. Hearts are knitted together even when they have not yet met because of the bond of love that we all have in Jesus.
この世にもたらされたイエス様の良い知らせは、私達が神の真実の現実性と恵みの中で共に成長するように、主が私達の心を一つにしてくださるということです。夫と私はアフリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジア、アメリカの信者と一緒に礼拝してきました。私達の教会が国際的な教会だったおかげで、私達はここ日本で、世界中のいたるところの信者と共に礼拝することができました。私達と言語や文化は違っても、主にあって一つになれることを知りました。コロサイの教会の牧師は、人々を心から愛したエパフラスでした。エパフラスが教会の人々に対する愛と感謝を表したことから、パウロはこの教会のことを知るに至りました。牧師の仕事で一番の喜びは、あなたが自分のためではなく人々のために、誰かと心を分かち合うことです。イエス様にあって、私達にもたらされた愛の絆によって、まだめぐり会っていなくても、人の心と心はつながれています。
Jesus, thank you for your love that binds us together as one! Thank you that even though we don’t have a common language or culture, we still are as one because of you.

For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. 10 And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, NIV

The power of prayer can’t be underestimated! Notice that as Paul prays for the Colossians, he isn’t praying for health or success but for spiritual depth. It seems that too often we limit our prayers to what we perceive as important. What is essential to God? His number one priority is for our relationship with Him to have more intimacy. We should gain wisdom from God’s perspective of life rather than ours. If we walk more closely with Him, growing in godly wisdom, our lives will be more fruitful. Will thinking about this change the way you pray for others as well as for yourself?

Thank you, Lord that you desire intimacy with me! I do want to remember to pray for others that they would gain spiritual wisdom and understanding and live in a way that honors you. That is also my prayer for me! I want my life to bear good fruit! And I want a better understanding of you and your character!

Praying for yourself as well others should include a supplication for spiritual and moral integrity and purity. Pray that there will be no compromising of godly standards. Remember that sin starts out with one compromise at a time. Pray that each person will be joyfully strong in perseverence! Our temptation is to pray that they won’t have problems. Yet Paul’s prayer reminds us what Jesus said in John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (NIV) We are to become overcomers through Jesus. We support one another through prayer. Learn to pray for God’s will to be done in our lives on earth just as His will is done in heaven!
自分と同じように他の人のために祈ることは、霊的で道徳的な誠実さと純粋さを、自らを低くして請い求めなければできません。神の基準に対して妥協することがないように祈ってください。罪は一回のひとつの妥協から始まることを、覚えておいてください。おのおのが喜びを持って、忍耐強くあることを祈ってください！私達が陥りやすい誘惑は、何も問題が起きませんようにと祈ることです。パウロの祈りは、イエス様がヨハネ１６：３３にて述べたことを思い出させます。「わたしがこれらのことをあなたがたに話したのは、あなたがたがわたしにあって平安を持つためです。あなたがたは、世にあって患難があります。しかし勇敢でありなさい。わたしはすでに世に勝ったのです。」私達はイエス様を通して勝利者にならなくてはいけません。私達は祈りを通してお互いに支え合うことができます。御心が天で行われるように、この世の私達の人生においても行われるように、祈ることを学んでください！
Lord, I know intellectually that perseverence is positive and works godly characteristics in me. But it is really hard to do! Thank you that your grace is more than sufficient to enable me to be an overcomer. Lord, help me to remember to pray for others that they will be able to persevere and grow closer to you!

Colossae was built on an earthquake fault line. So the people knew what it was like to literally have their foundations shaken! Paul’s point of thanksgiving is that we are built on Jesus the Solid Rock who can’t be shaken. We can actively participate in God’s kingdom of light. What an opportunity for thankfulness! When we are praying for others, we want them to have the full benefits of kingdom living. We have so much to be thankful for, especially when we look at things from God’s point of view!

Thank you, Lord that even though everything around me may be shaken I can depend on you, the Solid Rock. Open my eyes to your point of view so that I can pray as your heart for others as well as for myself!

13 神は、私たちを暗やみの圧制から救い出して、愛する御子のご支配の中に移してくださいました。14 この御子のうちにあって、私たちは、贖い、すなわち罪の赦しを得ています。
Have you ever been afraid of the dark? When I was little I wanted a light on in the room because the dark felt dangerous to me. I didn’t know what was out there. As Christians we have been brought into the kingdom of light out of a literal realm of sin and darkness. We don’t need to fear the darkness because “greater is He that in us than he that in the world.” (1 John 4:4) We do need to be aware of and grateful for God’s kingdom of light! We have been purchased from the slavery and tyranny of the kingdom of darkness because Jesus paid the price for our sins on the cross. We are free! We are forgiven! We are in the Kingdom of Light because of Jesus! This is reason to celebrate and give heartfelt thanks!

神は、私たちを暗やみの圧制から救い出して、愛する御子のご支配の中に移してくださいました。
What is the biggest problem in the world? Some of you may think “the environment,” or “achieving peace,” or any number of other things. But the truth is simply not one man can solve by themselves. The biggest problem is sin. All the other problems stem from sin--greed, hostility, pride, etc. What is the solution? We need a rescuer from sin! Jesus is our Rescuer! His love and compassion reaches out to us and says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matt 11:28) Are you burdened with heavy cares and struggles? Then give them to Jesus! He is the One who will save us from the heaviness. 1 Peter 5:7 tells us “casting all our cares on Him for He cares for you”! Because of the verb form of “casting” we can understand that this is a continuous action. You can trust Jesus to carry the load for you when you turn to Him in faith and trust!
この世で一番大きな問題は何でしょう？「環境問題」「平和の達成」をあげる人もいるでしょう。あるいは他のさまざまな事かも知れません。いずれにせよ、とうてい一人の力で解決できる問題ではないことは確かです。一番大きな問題は罪です。他のすべての問題は罪（欲、敵意、高慢など）から起こってきます。解決策は何でしょう？私達が罪から救い出されることです！イエス様が私達の救い主です！主は愛とあわれみの心から、私達に手を差し延べて言われました。「すべて、疲れた人、重荷を負っている人は、わたしのところに来なさい。わたしがあなたを休ませてあげます。」（マタイ１１：２８）あなたは深刻な悩みと苦しみを背負っていませんか？それならイエス様に、その荷を預けてください！主だけがその耐え難い辛さから、あなたを救ってくださいます。１ペテロ５：７は告げています。「あなたがたの思い煩いを、いっさい神にゆだねなさい。神があなたがたのことを心配してくださるからです。」「ゆだねる」という動詞から読み取れるように、いつまでも続く状態を意味しています。あなたが信仰と信頼を持ってイエス様に立ち返るなら、あなたの荷を主にゆだねることができます！
Thank you, Jesus, for caring for me so much that you not only paid the price for my sin but you also carry all the problems and struggles I face when I turn to you. I know that you are carrying me because what could be heavy has become just an area of prayer and turning to you for your abundant grace to see me through.

この御子のうちにあって、私たちは、贖い、すなわち罪の赦しを得ています。
Satan loves to accuse us and make us feel guilt and condemnation. The deceiver’s condemnation is heavy and destructive. But God’s conviction is healing and brings light to our life. The word “redeem” means “to release a prisoner from the payment of a ransom.” Jesus paid the price to redeem us from our unholiness to satisfy God’s state of perfect holiness. While Satan tries to accuse believers of guilt we can boldly declare that the ransom for our sins has already been paid! Jesus has set us free and forgiven us. Redemption and forgiveness go hand in hand with the Lord. Forgiveness literally means “to send away” or “to cancel a debt.” God’s grace and love bring us into His kingdom of light, having had our sins paid for and forgiven through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. That brings us back to the truth in Romans 8:33-34 “Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died — more than that, who was raised to life — is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.” When you believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior you can freely praise Him for all that He has done for you out of His great love!
サタンは私達に罪の意識を持たせ、非難することを喜びます。欺く者の非難は耐え難く破壊的です。しかし神の判決は人を癒し、人の命に光をもたらします。「あがない」の意味は「身代金を支払って、囚人を解放すること」です。神は完全なる聖さを満たすために、私達を汚れから救い出し、代価を支払って下さいました。サタンが私達の罪を責めたてようとしても、すでに自分の罪があがなわれて解放されたことを、大胆に断言することができるのです！イエス様は私達を解放して許してくださいました。あがないと許しは、主によって同時に進められます。許しとは事実上「遠くへ送る」あるいは「借金を帳消しにする」という意味です。神の恵みと愛が私達を光の御国に運び、イエス様のいのち、死、復活によって私達の罪は許されました。そのことがローマ８：３３－３４の真実を思い出させます。「神に選ばれた人々を訴えるのは誰ですか？神が義と認めてくださるのです。罪に定めようとするのはだれですか？死んでくださった方、いや、よみがえられた方であるキリスト・イエスが、神の右の座に着き、私たちのためにとりなしていてくださるのです。」イエス様をあなたの主、救い主として信じたら、主の偉大な愛ゆえに成し遂げられたすべてに感謝して、主を思う存分に賛美することができます！
Are there words enough to say THANK YOU JESUS for who you are and what you have done to set me free? I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. I am grateful beyond words for the price you paid for my salvation. I worship you for all that you are!

He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. NIV
15 御子は、見えない神のかたちであり、造られたすべてのものより先に生まれた方です。16 なぜなら、万物は御子にあって造られたからです。天にあるもの、地にあるもの、見えるもの、また見えないもの、王座も主権も支配も権威も、すべて御子によって造られたのです。万物は、御子によって造られ、御子のために造られたのです。
Jesus was never weak or ineffective. He came to accomplish a goal and He did it! That goal was to destroy the power of sin over our lives and to draw us into a close personal relationship with Him. He is the absolute image of God because He is God. He existed as God before the world began. The word for God used in Genesis 1 is Elohim which is the plural form of God. Make no mistake, there is only one God, but He expresses Himself through three distinct ways, as Father, Son, and Spirit. Our finite minds cannot grasp the power of this dynamic union. We can explain it simply as water can be liquid, solid (ice) or steam. But it is much deeper and more powerful than that. Faith means accepting things you can’t explain or totally understand. Some may think they need to understand everything before acting on it. But can you explain 100% about how a car runs, or how a refrigerator stays cold or why a switch can turn electricity off and on or about the intricacies of the internet….(you get the picture)? Yet most of us use one or more of these things everyday without understanding the “how” they work. You just trust these man-made things. Why then is it so hard to believe in the absolutely amazing way that Elohim works? (Today “Trinity” is the same idea but a different way of saying Elohim.)
イエス様は弱く、無能であったことなど一度もありません。主は目標を達成するために来られ、成し遂げられました！目標は私達の人生におおいかぶさる罪の力を滅ぼし、主との個人的な交わりを持つために、私達を近くに引き寄せることでした。主は完全な神の姿を映し出しています、なぜなら主は神だからです。主はこの世が始まる以前から、神として存在されていました。創世記１章で神を表すために使われた言葉、エロヒムは神の複数形です。誤解しないでください、神はただひとりですが、ご自身を３つの異なる呼び名、父、息子、聖霊で表されました。人間の限りある思考力では、このダイナミックな一致は理解できません。このことを簡単に水の変化する液体、固体（氷）、水蒸気として説明することができます。しかしそれよりも、はるかに底知れず威力のあるものです。信仰とは、自分では説明できないもの、あるいは完全には理解できないことを受け入れることを意味しています。行動に移す前に、あらゆることを理解しなくてはいけないと思っている人がいます。けれども車はどうやって走るか、またなぜ冷蔵庫は冷たいのか、スイッチひとつで電気がつくのか、また複雑なインターネットについて、あなたは１００％説明できますか？どうやって動くかも知らずに、私達のほとんどがこれらのものを毎日使っています。あなたはこれらの人間が作った物を、簡単に信頼しています。それではなぜ、エロヒムのお働きによる、完全無欠の驚異をなかなか信じることができないのでしょうか？（現在は、エロヒムと呼ばずに三位一体と言いますが、同じ認識です。）
Lord, I don’t understand all the intricacies of the Trinity but I do know that you are real! I have experienced your hand in my life. I know that you are powerful and mighty. I love how you love me and praise you for being greater than my little mind can figure out! If you were so small that I could figure you out, then you wouldn’t be God!

御子は、万物よりも先に存在し、万物は御子にあって成り立っています。
Do you ever use glue? Why do you use it? To hold things together, right? My husband is amazing! He can take things that are broken into little, itty, bitty pieces and painstakingly put them all back together again and make it look like new when he is done! He knows how to use glue! How about science? Have you ever studied that all matter is made of rapidly moving charged particles with mostly space for them to move? What holds them together? Jesus does! He holds all things together. When you think of this it make the passage in Philippians 2:6-8 more meaningful and powerful. “Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, 7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death — even death on a cross!” To think that love is what motivates everything that Jesus does! Wow!
あなたは接着剤を使ったことがありますか？どうして使ったのでしょう？何かをくっつけるためですか？私の夫は、驚くほど器用です！彼は細かく砕けてしまった物を、丹精込めてすっかり元通りに直します。それはまるで新品のような仕上がりです！彼は接着剤の使い方を心得ています！たとえば科学についてはどうでしょうか？あらゆる物質は、すばやく動く粒子から構成され、ほとんどの粒子が自分の空間を持っていることを学んだことがありますか？それらをいっしょに結びつけるものは何でしょうか？イエス様です！主がすべてのものをともに結びつけます。そのことを考えてみると、ピリピ２：６－８節がより意義のある力強いものに感じられてきます。「キリストは神の御姿である方なのに、神のあり方を捨てられないとは考えず、ご自分を無にして、仕える者の姿をとり、人間と同じようになられました。人としての性質をもって現れ、自分を卑しくし、死にまで従い、実に十字架の死にまでも従われました。」そのことを考え合わせれば、愛がイエス様のすべての原動力だとわかります！すごい！
Lord, it is beyond my comprehension how you, the Almighty One, left heaven to humbly take on the form of a human to suffer and die for me. I am humbled by your great love and extremely grateful that you willingly did this for me!
主よ、万能の神であるあなたが、天国を離れご自分を低くされて、人間となって苦しみを受け死なれたことは、私の理解を超えたことです。あなたの偉大な愛にへりくだり、あなたが私のために自ら進んで成し遂げられたことに、大いに感謝するばかりです！

また、御子はそのからだである教会のかしらです。御子は初めであり、死者の中から最初に生まれた方です。こうして、ご自身がすべてのことにおいて、第一のものとなられたのです。
One of the most vivid images for the church in the New Testament is “the body of Christ.” This isn’t just about one local church but about believers worldwide. We are just part of the whole. Every body needs a head and the head is what rules the body. The head of the church, the origin of wisdom and leadership, is Jesus. Jesus led the way to victory. His death and resurrection paved the way for us to have victory of salvation against the power of sin. He is Lord whether or not anyone recognizes it! He is the one and only way to God. Many years ago a friend who had just come from America wanted to drive to Osaka but got confused at the entrance to the highway and ended up in Nara where she got really lost. It looked like the right road but it was going the wrong way! You can’t get to Osaka from Ikoma by going to Nara! Jesus is THE way, THE truth and THE life (John 14:6). We need to look to Him not only as our head but as our Savior and Lord!
新約聖書の中で、もっとも生き生きとした教会のイメージの一つに「キリストの体」があります。これは一つの地域に限られた教会のことではなく、世界中の信じる人々の集まりのことです。私達もその全体の一部分です。誰もがかしらを必要とし、またかしらは体を支配します。教会のかしらは、知恵とリーダーシップの源であるイエス様です。イエス様は勝利へと導いてくださいます。主の死と復活は、罪の威力に立ち向かう救いの勝利への道を、私達のために切り開いてくださいました。人が認めても認めなくても、イエス様は主です！主は、ただ一つの神につながる道です。何年も前のことですが、アメリカから日本に来たばかりの友人は、大阪までドライブしたがりましたが、ハイウェイの入り口にまごついて、最後は奈良で本当に迷子になってしまいました。本人は正しい道を進んだつもりでしたが、間違っていました！生駒から奈良に向かって進んだら、大阪にはたどり着けません！「イエス様は道であり、真理であり、いのちなのです。」（ヨハネ１４：６）自分のかしらとしてだけではなく、救い主、主としてイエス様を仰ぎ見てください。

For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, NIV
なぜなら、神はみこころによって、満ち満ちた神の本質を御子のうちに宿らせ、
The two words “fullness dwell” are extremely powerful in the original Greek. “Fullness” means “the sum total of all divine power and attributes.” “Dwell” means “to be at home permanently.” Are you starting to grasp the awesomeness of Jesus? Sometimes because of His love, grace and mercy we don’t realize the power and authority that Jesus has. There is an unwavering strength to His loyal love. His grace knows no boundaries. And His mercy takes greater power and authority than to be uncaring! There is nothing weak in Jesus! He comes from a position of strength and authority to express the magnitude of the gift of salvation.
この二つの言葉「満ちたものを宿らす」は、きわめて力強い意味をギリシャ語の語源に含んでいます。「満ちる」は「神の力と特徴を総称する太陽」を意味します。「宿る」は「永久に家にとどまる」意味です。あなたにも、イエス様の偉大さがわかりかけてきましたか？ところでイエス様の愛、恵み、あわれみのことばかり考えていると、主の御力と権威を十分に理解できないことがあります。主の忠実な愛にはゆるぎない強さがあります。主の恵みに境界線はありません。主のあわれみには、あわれみのない冷淡さを超える偉大な力と権威があります！イエス様にあって弱さは存在しません！主は救いの贈物の重大さを示すために、威力と威信を携えて来られました。
Jesus, thank you for your strength, authority, and majesty! It is overwhelming to think of all that you are! And you use all your creative power and awesome authority to express love, grace, and mercy. Wow! I am so grateful and praise you with all my heart!

その十字架の血によって平和をつくり、御子によって万物を、ご自分と和解させてくださったからです。地にあるものも天にあるものも、ただ御子によって和解させてくださったのです。
Jesus came as God in human flesh and form. That was the only way that true reconciliation could be made between God and man. This gift of salvation is free and open to anyone. There is only one condition. You must accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Jesus did everything for us except make our choices for us. Each one of us needs to make our own choice to accept the precious gift. I can’t make it for you; you can’t make it for anybody else. We can live our lives as an example of the grace of God. We can speak the truth about who Jesus is. But each person must choose to accept the truth of Jesus’ gift of salvation for themselves.
イエス様は人間の肉となり、人間の姿となって来られました。それが神と人が和解する唯一の方法でした。この救いの贈物は惜しみなく与えられ、誰でも受け取ることができます。ただ一つの条件があるだけです。それはあなたがイエス様をあなたの主、救い主として受け入れることです。イエス様は私達が自分で選択すること以外は、すべてを成し遂げられました。私達ひとりひとりが、この尊い贈物を受け取る自分自身の決断を求められています。私はあなたのために決断することはできません。またあなたも他の人のために決断することはできません。私達にできることは、神の恵みを受けた手本として生きることです。イエス様がどのような方か、その真実を伝えることもできます。けれどもおのおのが自分のために、イエス様からの救いの贈物という真実を受け入れる選択が必要です。
Thank you Jesus, for making it individual and personal to accept you as Lord and Savior! Help me, Lord, by the power of your enabling grace, to live a life that exemplifies your greatness, love, mercy, and grace. I love you Lord and want to honor you!

Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. 22 But now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation—NIV
21 あなたがたも、かつては神を離れ、心において敵となって、悪い行ないの中にあったのですが、22 今は神は、御子の肉のからだにおいて、しかもその死によって、あなたがたをご自分と和解させてくださいました。それはあなたがたを、聖く、傷なく、非難されるところのない者として御前に立たせてくださるためでした。
If Jesus was only a man, He couldn’t have broken down the wall that separated man from God. He had to be perfectly holy God and human man. God’s plan was perfect. The Old Testament sacrifices and festivals illustrated what the Messiah would do. Perhaps the most vivid is Passover. When the blood of the lamb was applied to the doorpost, the angel of death passed over the home. Jesus, the perfect Lamb of God, shed His blood so we could be free from spiritual death. The power of His sacrifice cannot be comprehended with just one idea and concept. Jesus life, death, and resurrection only become more meaningful, more real, and more powerful as you grow in relationship with Him.
もしイエス様がただの人間だったら、神と人を隔てていた壁を打ち壊すことはできませんでした。主は完全に聖なる神であり、人間的な人間でした。神のご計画は完璧でした。旧約聖書のいけにえをささげる儀式と祭りは、救世主が成し遂げることを明らかに示していました。おそらく過越しの祭りに、一番ありありと映し出されています。子羊の血を門柱につけると、死の使いは家の前を通り越しました。イエス様、完全な神の子羊は、人間を霊的な死から解放するために血を流されました。主の犠牲の威力は、ひとつの思想や概念で把握できるものではありません。イエス様のいのち、死、復活は、あなたと主の結びつきが深まる時に、より意味のある現実の威力を持つようになります。
Thank you Jesus that your perfect sacrifice sets me free to be fully in relationship with you, and it sets me free from the bondage of past sins. Open my understanding to comprehend more and more of who you are and what you have done for me! I am longing to know you more and worship you more deeply.

ただし、あなたがたは、しっかりとした土台の上に堅く立って、すでに聞いた福音の望みからはずれることなく、信仰に踏みとどまらなければなりません。この福音は、天の下のすべての造られたものに宣べ伝えられているのであって、このパウロはそれに仕える者となったのです。
How do you establish your faith firmly? An excellent example to me is some Japanese friends who have a vegetable garden. Almost every morning, very early before work, he goes to work in his garden. He wages war against weeds and carefully hand carries water so his vegetables won’t wither and die. The couple works hard to make their own natural compost to fertilize the vegetables to keep the process pure and healthy. Tending their garden is lots of work! But their garden bears lots of wonderfully delicious vegetables that they share with friends. Faith, like the garden, must be maintained daily. If a garden isn’t cared for, weeds grow and choke out the good seed that was planted. So it is with faith. We need to daily spend time in God’s word, thinking about what it means and taking time to pray. Being steadfast and committed to a deeper relationship with Christ through all circumstances anchors our faith. Just as in the case of a well-cared-for garden, the fruit of your efforts is wonderful and can be shared with friends!
どうやってあなたの信仰をしっかりとした土台の上に、堅く立てることができますか？私にとってある優れたお手本は、菜園を持つ日本人の友人です。ほとんど毎朝、彼は仕事に出掛ける前の早い時刻に、菜園の作業に向かいます。雑草との戦いを繰り返し、野菜がしおれたり枯れたりしないように、注意深く水をやります。野菜をきれいに健康に育てようと、夫婦は肥沃な天然の土を作るために一生懸命働きます。菜園を世話することは大変です！けれども彼らの菜園は見事な美味しい野菜を、友人に分け与えるほど十分に産出します。菜園のように信仰も、日々の世話をしなくては維持できません。菜園の世話を怠ったら、雑草が育ちせっかくまいた良い種が死んでしまいます。信仰も同じです。御ことばの意味について考えて、祈る時間を持って日常生活を送ることが大切です。あらゆる状況を通して、キリストとの深い関係にしっかりと堅く結びつくことが、自分の信仰をつなぎとめることです。よく手入れの行き届いた菜園のように、あなたの努力は、友人と分かち合えるほど豊かに実を結ぶことでしょう！
Thank you Lord that your grace increases my desire to know you better. I am willing to invest my time and life into knowing you because I know that you have done far more for me than I can ever do for you. The very least I can do in response is to wholeheartedly give you my life!
主よ、感謝します、あなたの恵みによって、あなたをもっと知りたいと望む気持ちが高まります。あなたを知ることに、喜んで自分の時間を、生涯を注ぎ込みます、なぜならあなたは私にできることより、はるかに多くのことを成し遂げてくださったからです。私にできるきわめてささやかなことは、自分の生涯を全霊を傾けてあなたにささげることだけです。

Now I rejoice in what was suffered for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ's afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church. 25 I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the word of God in its fullness—NIV
24 ですから、私は、あなたがたのために受ける苦しみを喜びとしています。そして、キリストのからだのために、私の身をもって、キリストの苦しみの欠けたところを満たしているのです。キリストのからだとは、教会のことです。25 私は、あなたがたのために神からゆだねられた務めに従って、教会に仕える者となりました。神のことばを余すところなく伝えるためです。
I recently read a story of a young Korean mother who because of hard circumstances gave birth to a son under a bridge in the deep of winter. Snow and wind surrounded them. So the mother took off her warm clothes, bundled up her newborn, and covered his little body with her own to further protect him. The next day they were discovered when a missionary’s car broke down on the bridge over where the dead mother lay protecting her child. The mom gave up her comfort, her very life, so her child could thrive. The missionary took the baby home and cared for him as a son. Did the mother willingly suffer and give up her life? Why would she willingly do something like that? Because Love gives! Love is not “me-centered” but focused on others. Jesus gave His life willingly. Paul loved the Lord wholeheartedly and he also loved the church so he joyfully gave up everything so the gospel could be spread. Paul had no way of knowing that the letters he wrote in prison to various churches would, centuries later, still be touching and challenging lives. You may never realize what your love for Christ and sacrificial love for others will accomplish! Unconditional love understands that there is a cost. But the object of that loyal love is a more valuable treasure.

Lord, the story of the little Korean boy touches me deeply. When I read about when he was older he asked his adopted mother to take him to the place where he was born and his birth mother died, he then took off his own clothes and knelt in the snow and cried out “Mom, were you this cold when you gave your life for me?” Just as that little boy didn’t totally understand the sacrifice his mother gave, I will never understand what your sacrifice cost. The little that I give up for you doesn’t compare, but it does help me to relate a tiny bit to your sacrifice of love. Thank you!

Colossians コロサイ1:26-27
The mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the saints. 27 To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. NIV
26 これは、多くの世代にわたって隠されていて、いま神の聖徒たちに現わされた奥義なのです。27 神は聖徒たちに、この奥義が異邦人の間にあってどのように栄光に富んだものであるかを、知らせたいと思われたのです。この奥義とは、あなたがたの中におられるキリスト、栄光の望みのことです。
God had a plan that has eluded man for centuries. It is all there if people looked deeply. I am touched by three women in the Old Testament who caught the vision of God’s purpose. Those women were Tamar, Rahab, and Ruth. They understood that God’s salvation was for the gentiles as well! The promised Messiah (in Greek “Christ”) was for all! Their hearts had cried out to know the eternal, living creator God. And God answered the cry of their hearts. Each one was a gentile! And each one was in the human ancestry of Jesus! In Jeremiah 29:13 God repeated the promise he gave in Deuteronomy 4:29 by saying “when you search for me with all your heart you will find me.” This is our precious gift as well! Seek God wholeheartedly and discover the marvelous treasure of knowing Christ which fills our hearts and souls with a true and living hope.

Lord, it is beyond me to comprehend how you, the Almighty One, left heaven to humbly take on the form of a human and to suffer and die for me. I am humbled by your great love and extremely grateful that you willingly did this for me!
主よ、万能なる方、人間になって死の苦しみをへりくだって受けられるために、天国から来られた方、あなたは私の理解を超えた方です。あなたの偉大な愛にへりくだり、あなたが自ら進んで成し遂げられたことに感謝するばかりです！

We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ. 29 To this end I labor, struggling with all his energy, which so powerfully works in me. NIV
28 私たちは、このキリストを宣べ伝え、知恵を尽くして、あらゆる人を戒め、あらゆる人を教えています。それは、すべての人を、キリストにある成人として立たせるためです。29 このために、私もまた、自分のうちに力強く働くキリストの力によって、労苦しながら奮闘しています。
Paul’s goal describes the heart and attitude of a teacher. Each believer has the opportunity to be a teacher of God’s truth through exampling a godly lifestyle and by proclaiming God’s truth to all who will listen. This isn’t done in our strength but by the dynamic of God’s grace working in us. It begins with a personal relationship with Christ, seeking Him wholeheartedly and persevering steadfastly to trust and honor Him. That is the foundation on which the capability of sharing the truth of Jesus and His love is built. If you have established this foundation of faith, then no matter where you are or where you go you will be able to proclaim Jesus in word and deed!
パウロの目的は、教える者の心構えと態度を記述することでした。神を信じる者は誰でも、神の真実を教える機会が与えられています。御心に添ったライフスタイルの手本となって、聞いている人すべてに神の真実を宣べ伝えることができます。これは自分の力ですることではなく、ダイナミックな神の恵みが、私達のうちに働くことによって実現します。キリストに全霊を傾けて捜し求め、堅く忍耐強く主を信頼してたたえることが、主との個人的な結びつきの始まりです。イエス様の真実と、イエス様の愛を伝えために築かれた能力が土台となります。もしあなたがこの信仰の土台を築いたら、どこにいても、どこに行っても、言葉と行動でイエス様について宣べ伝えることができるでしょう！
Thank you, Jesus for you love and grace that inspires and enables me to be all that you have designed me to be. Show me how to reach out with your truth to others so they can see you in me and listen to the words you will give me to teach them of your greatness.
主イエスよ、あなたが計画された通りの私になるために、霊を吹き込み能力を与えてくださった、あなたの愛と恵みに感謝します。あなたの真実を他の人にどうやって伝えるか教えてください。人は私のうちにあなたを見つけ、あなたの偉大さを教えるために、私があなたからさずかる御言葉を聞くことでしょう

I want you to know how much I am struggling for you and for those at Laodicea, and for all who have not met me personally. NIV
あなたがたとラオデキヤの人たちと、そのほか直接私の顔を見たことのない人たちのためにも、私がどんなに苦闘しているか、知ってほしいと思います。
Is the desire to share Jesus limited to people you know? John 3:16 tells us that His love is for all! It is not limited to one person or one nationality! His love reaches beyond our limited boundaries. Shouldn’t we also care about people around the world, reaching out through prayer or by any resources God has given you so His truth can be proclaimed? We can pray for the people who are persecuted for their faith. We can give to missionaries financially and give them prayer support. There are many ways to spiritually encourage people. Ask the Lord what He wants you to do!
イエス様のことを伝えたいという願いは、自分の知っている人だけに限られたことでしょうか？ヨハネ３：１６は、主の愛がすべての人にあることを告げています！それは一個人や一国家に限られたことではありません！主の愛は私達の限られた境界線を越えたものです。神の真実を宣べ伝えるために、神から与えられた才能、あるいは祈ることによって、周りの人々に関心を持つべきではありませんか？信仰の迫害を受けている人のために、祈ることも必要です。また宣教師を経済的に援助し、祈りで支えることもできます。霊的に人を励ます手段はたくさんあります。主があなたに何を望まれるか、主に尋ねてください！
Lord, I know that your body of believers is a valued treasure to you. Show me Lord, how to reach out worldwide to support them. Show me how to pray, what I can do and how I can give so that others will be encouraged in their faith.
主よ、あなたのからだとなる信者は、あなたにとって尊い宝です。信じる人々を支えるために、どうしたら広くひとりひとりの心に届くことができるか教えてください。何を祈ればいいか、私に何ができるか、他人の信仰を勇気づけるために何をささげたらいいか、私を導いてください。
